CHORUS Music Therapy CIC
Supporting those in need through music therapy services.
Our Mission
To provide high-quality, compassionate music therapy that supports individuals with special needs, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions, as well as new immigrants adjusting to life in a new community. We aim to use music as a bridge to enhance emotional wellbeing, communication, and social connection.

Our Vision
To create a more inclusive and harmonious society where everyone has the opportunity to experience the transformative power of music.
After running Chorus Music Therapy & Education for two years, we recognised the growing need for accessible music therapy services in our community. This insight inspired us to establish Chorus Music Therapy CIC, a community interest company dedicated to making music therapy available to a wider range of people. By setting up a CIC, we reaffirm our commitment to using music as a powerful tool for wellbeing, inclusion, and emotional growth, ensuring that more individuals — regardless of background or circumstance — can benefit from the healing power of music.
Services
We are based in Cambridge, we offer individual and group music therapy sessions tailored to each person’s needs. Individuals are welcome to have sessions at our comfortable and fully equipped studio, but we also understand that some may benefit more from sessions in their own familiar environment. Therefore, we are happy to bring music therapy to you — whether that’s in your home, school, care home, or hospital.

“Music therapy is helping with Maytal’s speech and communication skills. It’s helping her to relax and reduce anxiety. Music therapy is also supporting her in developing emotional resilience.”
— H, mother of a girl with autism
“My 5-year-old son has been taking music sessions with Cloris at Chorus Music Therapy for a while now and I could not be more grateful for her patience and skill. He sometimes struggles with regulation and structure, but she meets him exactly where he is with such kindness and understanding. She creates a calm, supportive environment while still keeping him engaged and motivated. I’ve been amazed at how much he has learned, but even more so at how she helps him grow in confidence and joy through music. We feel so lucky to have found her”
— Rachel, mother of a boy who has struggled at school
